Does our boat go to Devil’s Cove?
Yes! This is the primary location we take our guests. It is also possible to go to Hippie Hollow, Arkansas Bend, Sometimes Islands, or other locations. If you have a specific location request, please let your Captain know before heading out on the water.
Do we need to bring life jackets?
We provide life jackets for every adult on board. We encourage you to bring life jackets for any children joining us on the boat. If you do not have a child/infant lifejacket please let us know so we can provide one for you.
Are pets allowed?
Small dogs are welcome! We invite your furry friends to join us on the boat, but keep in mind we’ll most likely be on the water for at least 4 hours.
Can we bring glass bottles on the boat?
Yes, glass is much better for the environment than plastic, but please be mindful about disposing empty bottles in the trash. Broken bottles + bare feet = a trip to the emergency room.
Can we buy drinks on the boat?
Our charters are BYOB. We do not supply alcohol to our passengers.
What is the bad weather policy/Are there refunds if our trip is cancelled due to bad weather ?
Cancellations due to weather are determined at the time of your scheduled departure. If there is severe weather, lightning and heavy winds you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. If severe weather occurs during your charter, you will be refunded the amount for the remaining time.
Do you cook on the boat?
We do not have a grill on the boat, but you are welcome to bring food and snacks for your trip. We encourage bringing plenty of water as well! It gets hot out there, and staying hydrated is key to being healthy and clear headed in the Texas heat.
Do we need a captain/Can we charter the boat ourselves?
Our charters come with a captain. We do not allow guests to charter trips themselves.
Can the boat pick us up or drop us off at another location?
Yes. This is something that can be planned beforehand with your captain. Please let us know in advance to see if we are able to accommodate any location changes.
Is there are parking fee?
Yes, there may be a parking fee associated with Paradise Cove marina. $20 per vehicle up to 4 individuals when parking, $5 per additional individuals in the vehicle. $5 per individual for ride share, uber, lyft, vans, buses etc. Card and Cash are accepted.

What should I bring for our day on the lake?
We recommend bringing plenty of sun screen (at least SPF 30), plenty of water, sunglasses.
Can people that don’t know how to swim come on the boat?
We have life jackets for everyone and we strongly encourage wearing one if you don’t know how to swim! Unfortunately, Lake Travis is one of the most dangerous lakes in the US.
Are deposits non-refundable/What is your refund policy?
Cancellations with more than 7 days notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 7 days or less will be charged 50% of the full rental price. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full.
